Almost all hosts have WordPress script preloaded. But bbpress which is a mod of WordPress may be downloaded from the main site. Bbpress is a community version of WordPress script.
There are countless number of bbpress themes that you can purchase if you can design and develop.

Hello BBpress is just a plugin. you can download it just the same way you download WordPress.
What that means is that you can use any web host but what you should pay attention to isn't a web host that has bbpress (remember you can download it yourself) but a web host that is reliable.
