Changed man Mikel arrives early to camp
A mild drama ensued during the international match between Nigeria and Congo DR yesterday when Chelsea star Mikel Obi refused to collect the captain’s armband from Ahmed Musa after the CSKA forward was substituted.

Oliseh in his quest to enforce discipline may have the best interest of the team at heart but it seems Oliseh probably hasn't got man management skills. What worked for Alex Ferguson wasn't that he has any spectacular special tactics that other coaches haven't got, his excellent man management skills was What he used to command loyalty and bring the best from his players.
