With great patience and sincere sense of judgement, I have listened and studied the on-going fracas in the Super Eagles Camp.
The coach wants to assert his authority over ALL the players irrespective of who the player is.
Some members of the team feel they deserve to be respected and treated with dignity.
The country used to seeing its national team win everything is eagerly waiting to see its darling team wake from its slumber.

The coach is the father of all in the team, as such should respected and regarded.
The long serving players of the team should be respected as well.

Mikel's obvious refusal of the captain's arm-band is an indication of more to come.
Oliseh, as the father of the team has the moral right to discipline ANY member of the team but discretely and wisely. But the present situation indicates the contrary.
The aftermath expected effect of this singular immature behaviour of the coach is the "tsunamous" resignation by the older players in the team.

There was a better way of handling this matter which the coach has failed to explore and the hopeless NFF also failed to mediate as expected.

Super Eagles is bigger than ANY player, bigger than ANY coach and bigger than ANY NFF official(s)
