This is quite an eye-opener- That there are people who actually think they have a say in what or how others conduct legitimate trade. Am I liable to arrest or a lawsuit for advertising the bag for sale? Are there actual laws that criminalize this advert? Or are you (consciously or otherwise) turning your opinions into expert statements? The logos are easy to remove. Plus, I can also easily 'disappear' the markings. But isn't that 'false advertising'? People do this with government and corporate items- ALL THE TIME. But since we're a "don't see, don't know" people, the logos then somehow diminish a quality product? I don't think so.
