I believe that MTN does this deliberately. They are losing customers and sales because of these borderline criminal behaviours. It is the reason I do not subscribe to their data bundles on my main call line. When your data is inexplicably exhausted, they will start deducting your credit without warning. And like the OP realised, their data balance thing is a complete mystery; you have data balance, they use your credit, sometimes you have data balance yet you can not browse. |
