That's why they can no longer stand banks like GT and Zenith. They do not really care about their customers or shareholders. They only care about their staff and management. There always have always have network issues just like Eco and they have a policy in place not to pay a customer withdrawing or transferring below N100,000 over the counter. Even when you have your passbook yet their ATM is not reliable.

The post you quoted was made in 2015. Things have changed greatly with all the banks mentioned in the post. Some is for the better while others is for worse. First Bank have improved, Eco is still the same or even getting worse. Zenith has been very poor in their service this period while GT is neither here nor there. Things changes with time I guess.
