Lagos did not record any explosion incident today as been erroneously circulated.

Rather, a minor fire incident occurred at L & K Bus-Stop, in Oworonshoki area of Lagos State at about 1400hrs, where a wine shop went in flames caused by a leaking refrigerator gas. No life was lost.

However, three persons suffered burns and were taken to hospital; two were treated and discharged at a private hospital, while the third, is admitted at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Idi-Araba.

In line with the Inspector-General’s of Police policy thrust of pro-active policing, the Command will continue to emplace measures to increase Police visibility in the state with a view to nipping in the bud any untoward incident, please.

Meanwhile the scene of the explosion looked like a place where a nuclear bomb was dropped because it did not only affect the building but the entire street. Sources have it that it was like the house was torn into two. How can a leaking refrigerator gas cause scores of car windshields across a that street be shattered because of one refrigerator's gas. Please do your investigation well and don't bobo us. Let our government wake up and tighten up the security of the Nation, security cams will help investigations very well and also prevent a lot of mishaps.

Police no need send me only make them do their job. As you believe in God so will you also know say nobody dey wey he no fit touch. And i dont think he will touch Carpenter or you to come catch Bomb.
You guys should use all your beliefs for something positive. Pray to God to touch the hearts and minds of those entrusted with making our country better instead of slagging them.
