Job Description

*We are looking for young talented, customer centric, fresh graduates from all backgrounds with NYSC certificate.
*As a Telesales/Customer Service Agent, you will put customers at the center of your day, helping our customers with a range of products.
*We will make sure you are fully trained on everything we have to offer, so you can help our customers find the products that are right for them and can explain their various features and benefits.
*You'll need to be flexible with your working hours.
*Building relationships, giving straightforward help, going above and beyond our customers’ expectations are all essential parts of a great service.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Advising present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls, converting inquiries into sales and making outbound calls.

Yeah, did their screening last year for same customer care stuff. If they still use same pattern sha, but this it. U must pass a stage to move to another stage.
Stage 1 is a written test. U will be asked to write a letter to an angry customer bla bla bla... They want to see ur PUNCTUATIONS. This is the most important part in this stage. Well, i scored 75% (though u wont be told what u scored o but as a smart nigga, saw my score). Moved on to the next stage.
Stage 2 is the typing test. U would be given all this typing simulator (eg Marvis Beacon), at the end of the typing, u will see ur instant result which will be in wpm. Scored 38wpm then. Then i moved to the next stage
Stage 3 is the Pronounciation test. Was given A4 paper with over 50 words written on it. U will step in, be given the paper,then face the panel. With instruction to pronounce the words one after the other.Hehehehe (words like hazard, haggard, house, hour etc). Na for here plenty people fail sha including me o

Well, couldnt move to the next stage but learnt the next stage was interview.
