You only need to change the digitizer
Or first unscrew the phone remove all the connector blow it and reattached it on it and check if it works if not you need a new digitizer

the screen is perfectly alright that's a gorilla glass thingy we talk about here but the touch is touchy tho, op, change the touch and it shouldn't be more than 4k. Mine was 2.5k or what.

Gbam gbam. Lumia 1520 uses gorilla glass. Prepare to cough up 15k or a lot more (most likely more) to fix it. U av to repair the whole screen.
