i was scammed by a company, so i contacted their bank for information on who runs the account and this was the reply i received:

1.Go to police station.
2. Go to magistrate or high court in ur area.

U'll need just ur I.d, and proof of transaction. Plus a written statement.

Don't worry u will get d criminals.
Make sure u collect all d money u used in finding them plus emotional damagges.
