(1) Download this 30kb app on your java nokia phone (or any other java phone) (2) Launch the application and BACKUP PHONE with it, pressing YES each time it asks for permission to access your phone (3) A folder named BACKUP and which contains all your contacts (NO MATTER HOW MANY THEY ARE) in .txt format will be created in your memory card (4) Send this as an attachment to your email address using your own email address or another person's (5) Click VIEW on the received attachment in your inbox to retrieve your contacts in case of loss.
