Please how do i enable TCP/IP on an in-built Network Adapter Card? I am having this problem on my server (HP PROLIANT G5 ML350).

that means ur computer cant find a lan card on ur pc! make sure u hv one installed and the drivers are there too!

check your device Manager and comfirm if your network adapter/ or erthanet controler driver is intalled correctly, if yes, go back to your Lan properties and selcet internet protocool (TCP/IP) click install. it will install it automatically.

i need help. i recently laid my hands on 2003 server release 2 with service pack 2 enterprise edition and promoted it to a DC.now iam having problems joining member servers and client computers to it. i can ping the DC's IP address now after hours of tweaking! but i still cant join them
my dns is installed on the DC-makin it active directory integrated
the config are: DC
IP-- 192.168.0.3
mask--255.255.255.0
gatewya--192.168.0.1
preferred dns--192.168.0.3

and for the test member server
IP--192.168.0.6
mask---255.255.255.0
gateway-----192.168.0.1
preferred dns-192.168.0.3

i tried nslookup with all dis parameters and finally got the following:
