The Federal Universisty of Agriculture Makurdi was scheduled to start its second semester of the 2014/2015 academic session on the 19th of oct. 2015...Few days before the resumption date, the school administration suspended the resumption date indefinitly till furda notice, without giving any reason as to why the school cannot reopen, It became clear to the students that the administration is incompetent and they planned to stage a peaceful protest on the 21/10/2015 to enable them voice out their displeasure as to how the school academic calender has been running at a snail pace, and also to knw the reason behind the indefinite suspention of resumption date, this information got to d desk of the administration and armed security personal were stationed at the school gate, blocking entrance to both staff and students as well as the 400l B. AGRIC students who are supposed to start their industrial training today....Right now the I.T students especially those who travelled from afar and are living withing the school premises are stranded...
