Fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager or Senior sales person, to join a fast growing Medical Device company in Lagos.
We are looking for an ambitious, driven individual with a proven senior sales track record in Medical Device Sales experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for development of business plan to drive sales for the defined product range across Nigeria.

Achieve Sales Target through clear analysis of the sales data and develop operational plan appropriately for maximum return on time investment.

Ability to handle complex and multi-variable negotiations.

Data literate and numerate – comfortable managing price, gross margin and mix calculations.

Proven track record of leading with energy, passion and urgency and developing teaching and engaging others.

Excellent networking, communication and influencing skills – able to adapt to meet different customer styles.

Targets and influences contract and formularies for our chosen product range

Works in partnership with sales team to communicate with relevant Clinical and Procurement contacts

PERSON SPECIFICATION

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to self-motivate and work on own initiative

Excellent organisational and planning skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work on multiple projects & manage time effectively

Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Good PC skills – Microsoft, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe professional and email systems

Must have a positive & optimistic attitude, very responsive and helpful at all times.

EXPERIENCE

Sales and Key Account Management experience (minimum 3 years)

Knowledge of the hospital & Medical Equipment business environment .

High level of proven and sustained sales achievement

Educated to degree level.
