The basis for grading the best & worst airports is overall airport experience as determined by voters in a 2015 Airport Survey. The PH airport has also been described by the travellers surveyed as the most corrupt airport.

That is the Jonathan legacy. You don't understand the situation. And by the way it was very unfair to list PH airport in that survey.

Technically the airport is UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RATED AS THOUGH IT WERE A NORMAL OPERATING FACIILITY. That picture is a makeshift contraption you're seeing pending the completion of the refurbishment of the main terminal.
