What do you want to do with the computer?
It's pretty impossible to be fully computer literate. You just simply cannot learn every software out there. So, you need to be specific on what you want to do. Otherwise, i advice you stick with MS office and mavis Beacon.

seriously, go online and type 'how to learn web design' and you'll see a host of tutorials on the subject.
