Kabba where the Asaya camp is located is about 1hour 30minutes drive from Lokoja. Asaya is about 10-20 minutes bike ride from Kabba.
Where are you coming from? So that I can be specific on my answer to your question if I know where you'd alight.
From any where in Lokoja, take a bike or cab to ostrich- the one beside Yisab aortel office or tell the chauffeur your going to Firstbank at Ganaja junction. Kabba bis stop is on the left of the First bank at Ganaja junction. Ostrich is opposite the bus stop.
NOTE- there are two to three branches of first bank in lokoja, specify that you are going to the one at GANAJA JUNCTION.

There's no ATM at the camp.
My advice
Get the money you need at Kabba before going into the camp, although this can be stressful at times as only First bank seems to be fully functional for now in Kabba, and it serves the town and neighboring communities - think of the congestion.
Coming from where? If you're passing through Lokoja, you might consider withdrawing from there before heading to Kabba, but it's a risk travelling that route with much cash- God will protect you guys.
There's no salary now, so congestions' has reduced, you might not mind spending between 30 minutes to 1hour to get your money at Kabba. Whatever, just pray and God will make things work out well

Depending on where the Bus is going, the normal stopping point or bus stop in Okene is at Total filling station. Total is situated at a 'T' junction. Opposite it is GTB, on the other free side I.e the right-side while facing it from GTB, you have the bus stop. Which is across the road, where you can get a car to Kabba. 350- 400 naira
OR
If your bus is going to Lokoja, you can drop at Kabba junction if it's passing through the town - but this can be difficult if the driver doesn't know the place as there are two Kabba junction, one in Okene and the other very close to Lokoja, and there are two routes out of Okene- one bypasses Kabba junction. Here we're going through the one at Okene.
You can also take a bike from Total to Kabba junction(50 naira).
The park at Kabba junction is situated beside a filling station. Just tell the bike you're going to Kabba park at Kabba junction. It's 300 naira to Kabba. It's faster getting a car here than at Total.
NOTE- Do not board a car from any where else asides these two places, although you can get elsewhere, but its dangerous since you're still a JJC.
