4) In islam, agreement with non-muslims are only valid if it serves the positive intesrest of muslims\islam, else it is null and void and can be unilatarily nuliffied by muslims.

5) Accoeding to the quran and the hadith, muslims are expected to be in a permanent state of war with non-muslims until all religion is for allahh and his apostle.
