Find below seven differences between a Leader and a Politician.
1. A leader earns respect by virtue of character but a politician earn respect by virtue of his office.

2. A leader is proactive but a politician is reactive, his opinion is formed by sentiments that are already popular.

3. A leader is very honest, a politician is very diplomatic.

4. A leader has great interest in reaching goals and maintaining visions but a politician has great interest in retaining position and maintaining power.

5. A leader inspires by actions but a politician flatters/cajoles by words.

6. A leader delegates power but a politician delegates work.

7. A leader has followers but a politician has supporters.
