It Currently has a 10 seater dedicated Call Center.

Call Center Agent
1. Answer calls and respond to emails
2. Handle customer inquiries by telephone and email
3. Research required information using available resources
4. Manage and resolve customer complaints
5. Provide customers with product and service information
6. Update existing customer information process order forms and applications
7. Identify and escalate priority issues
8. Route calls to appropriate resource
9. Document all call information according to standard operating
procedures

Following Requirements:

A. Good Typing Skill.
B. Good command of English.
C. Good Writing Skill.
D. Good Interpersonal Relationship.
E. Technically and analytically inclined.
F. Must be conversant with Computing, not just basic computing. This is very important, as products/services offered are computer inclined.
G. Willingness to learn fast.
H. Confident on the Phone
I. Does not stammer.
J. Must be lively, and empathetic.

We welcome Matured SSCE Holders/ Part Time Students, National Open University Students, OND Holders in computer science or related field or simply with good knowledge of computing, We don't want BSC holders.

They Must be smart, attentive to detail, and be able to multi task. The core of the task is related to passing information on computer related hardware and software in the call center.

The client has offered to train prospective and accepted applicant, but require candidates with background in computer/IT. Do not apply if you are not technically inclined.
