I don't think this can happen in kano state.

This cannot happen in Kano state but in 1999 it was PDP that won and 2003-2011 it was ANPP and 2011-2013 PDP and 2013-till date APC. Kano state has not been a zombie state like Rivers state. Nearly all the states in the north have been ruled by opposition.
