After a long wait for the reports of the World Health Organization on the popular Nigerian Barbeque called SUYA, the W.H.O has finally published its reports saying the consumption of the Suya can cause cancer as the meat becomes carcinogenic through the high temperature grilling method. I knew about this a very long time ago. But who says hausas are not brilliant. They added onions to every suya. Onion is very important to detoxify the body. I don't joke with onion anytime I take suya. WHO shouldn't give us nonsense we already know the remedy. 1 Like |

Sometimes if you follow this Health abi na Dietitians way, na only water you go dey drink. Rice--dem go say e no good, say na too much carb Beans--dem say e good small but make u no add palm oil because e get high calories Yam--same as rice too much carb. Nothing on earth is 100% safe,not even water. They should not speak against our suya,after all,no body has ever died and doctor said it was "suya cancer" that killed him/her. |
