MANAGERS
1. Regional Mechatronics Specialist (Ref: ENG001) - Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu or Kano
Description
He/She will be responsible for relocating, installing, maintaining and repairing specialised electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment,
diagnosing machinery and equipment malfunctions through observation and analysis.
Requirements:
- First degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Professional membership with an internationally recognised engineering body.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in mechatronic diagnostics, installation and repair, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry, with proficiency in the use of wireless telecommunications technology will be an added advantage.
2. Regional Maintenance Manager (Ref: ENG002) - Ibadan, Enugu or Kano
Description
He/She will oversee all maintenance functions, provide direction and advice and conduct periodic site inspections.
Requirements:
- First degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Professional membership with an internationally recognised engineering body.
- Minimum of 7 -10 years’ relevant working experience in the area of telecommunications industry with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
SPECIALISTS
3. Regional Maintenance Supervisor (Ref: ENG003) - Ibadan, Enugu or Kano
Description
He/She will supervise the team in the maintenance and repair of equipment, and in performing site and equipment audits.
Requirements:
- First degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Membership in a recognised engineering body.
- 3 -5 years’ relevant working experience in the telecommunications industry.
4. Site Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical - Ref: ENG004a) (Mechanical - Ref: ENG004b) - Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu or Kano
Description
He/She will be responsible for the repair of all machines and equipment, routine preventive maintenance of equipment and passive infrastructure on site, diesel management and usage tracking. Responsibilities will also include responding to NOC call outs, attend to technical issues on site and operation of the National Grid, Hybrid, Solar and Battery power sources.
Requirements:
- First degree in Electrical/Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering (Ref: ENG004a) Mechanical Engineering or related field (Ref: ENG004b).
- Membership with a recognised engineering body.

ANALYSTS
5. Site Operations Deployment Cluster Engineers (Ref: ENG005) - Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu or Kano
Description
He/She will supervise all acquired site projects from deployment to completion, ensuring that all activities including site acquisition, regulation, construction, and approval are coordinated and completed on time and according to specifications.
Requirements:
- First degree in Civil, Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Membership with a recognised engineering body.
- 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in project management.
6. Site Maintenance Officer (Electrical - Ref: ENG006a) (Mechanical - Ref: ENG006b) - Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu or Kano
Description

7. Head of Corporate Services (Ref: CRS001) - Lagos
Description
He/She will be responsible for managing multifunctional teams, developing strategies to support the objectives of the organisation, setting and enforcing corporate policies and procedures. The job holder will also oversee the provision of key support functions to the company including Human Resources, Fleet Management and IT.
Requirements:
- First degree Social Sciences, Humanities or any related field, from a recognised University.
- Professional qualification from or membership with a recognised body.
- Minimum of 11-15 years’ relevant experience in the consulting or telecommunications sector or a project-based environment, with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.
MANAGERS
8. Fleet Management Manager (Ref: CRS002) - Lagos
Description
He/She will oversee and monitor fleet usage and maintenance, implement cost effective and preventive maintenance programs, and maintain a comprehensive fleet inventory system.
Requirements:
- First degree in Fleet Management, Engineering or any other relevant disciplines.
- Recognised professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ relevant working experience in fleet management and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
9. Logistics & Warehouse Manager (Ref: CRS003) - Lagos
Description
He/She will be responsible for ensuring procurement, logistics and warehousing services are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- First degree in Social Sciences and Humanities or any other related field.
- Professional qualification from relevant registered bodies will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ relevant working experience in Transportation/Logistics Management with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
10. QC/QA & HSE Manager (Ref: CRS004) - Lagos
Description
He/She will be responsible for project quality assurance and controls, HSE policies and procedures and periodic HSE inspections and compliance audits.
Requirements:
- First degree in any relevant field.
- Registration with a recognised HSE professional association.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ working experience in field safety management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
12. IT Specialist (Ref: CRS006) - Lagos
Description
He/She will be responsible for monitoring and managing the computer hardware, software and network operating system of the organisation; and installing computer systems, diagnosing faults and solving technical issues.
Requirements:

- Possession of CCNP, CCIE, MCSE or other relevant professional certifications is an added advantage.

Description
He/She will be responsible for coordinating project trucks, maintaining heavy equipment and carrying out repair, overhaul and modification activities. Responsibilities will also include planning, scheduling and performing periodic preventive maintenance of pool cars, project trucks and heavy duty machinery.

- First degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in automotive and vehicle maintenance, repair and rebuilding operations.
