Please, can somebody tell me why our refineries cannot function optimally to produce for local consumption. We export to import the same product drilled fro our land; perpetual madness!!! |

Sabotage export then import refined products = more dols for the big wigs Refine crude locally = Slightly lesser avenue to steal crude |

That is exactly what is so sad about Nigeria. 8 years of non-probity and gallivanting around the world without solving the basic problem of local petroleum supply and power generations. These thieves we call leaders know Nigerians down pat. They will pre-occupy us with asinine issues like 2nd term and endless probes while they continue to undermine the standard of living by "sabotaging" the system that can give equity. I think Nigeria is the middle of a silent war, a festering blister and soon an avalanche will drop on the country. Resilience has its limits too. |
