This sound nice but if you care to know people might not like that 20% on report payment.
Everybody I mean everyone will be willing to even pay more when you help recover their vehicle without asking for that 20% deposit.
I will advise that you ask people to sign agreement on report that they will pay your total fee after recovery.

This is just an advise.
