This schedule appears to be abuse instead of a mutual Business Venture. It is not likely that Michael Jackson would have been physically able to fulfill his contractual obligations with AEG Live. Each of the dancers in the show had backups in case of fatigue or injury. But of course, there was no backup or replacement for Michael. It was clearly unrealistic to think that this venture could or would have been successful with its grueling schedule. In addition, the thought that Mr. Jackson would have the strength and stamina to perform his energetic show, was overly ambitious to say the least. Unfortunately, we will never know for sure.
