You guys should enjoy the fun now and get ready for greater task ahead. Working with Indians can be very frustrating especially in call center jobs. They really dealt with CCRs in Lagos. Out of about 900 or more CCRs that they took from CNSSL, they only took 100 to Ibadan and slashed salaries down to N50k. Others were sacked. They did all these to those guys without any prior notice and by next year the remaining CCRs under CNSSL and Mactay working for MTN will also be handed over to the Indians under ISON BPo. |
