I just got a six month's job that pays over 50k monthly..Thing is I need a one room aka face me i face you on the mainland(Lagos). I have gotten couple of houses @3,000 monthly which I consider ideal but most require upfront 1 year payment.I need one where i can pay for 6 months or 3 months(if possible) first. I'm likely going to rent it for another 6 months after this job because I would get another.My renewal depends on the neighbourhood and neighbours.
