Dr Ibe Kachukwu (NNPC boss) and Col. Ali (NCS boss) are two great nigerians. They both deserve a national merit award for helping to sanitize to a great extent , these two institutions (our main money basket). I look forward to seeing more men or women like these at the helms of affairs in our institutions. Once people with balls can weed out corrupt and in-efficient people in our systems, Nigeria will surely rise again.
