Very soon, all Nigerians will realize one of the main ideological differences between APC and PDP.
The 'brain' behind the APC are the s/west progressives. The North suffers from dearth of ideas and that's why one will notice that most of their campaign promises were promulgated and propagated by the s/west caucus, spearheaded by Tinubu's Osinbajo. Buhari has never personally promised or reiterated a promise of 5k for 25 million Nigerians and free meals for school children everyday, but Osinbajo has always (presumably on behalf of the party) sang the song even in the face of our dwindling resources. That is what he and his friends in the s/west (e.g. Aregbese) have experimented and which has landed them in serious debts. Don't let us forget that it was once said that s/west governors are mainly responsible for the poor state of our economy. They have borrowed more than their capacities; and generations unborn will have to pay for it.

BELOW IS ONE IDEOLOGICAL DIFFERENCE I HAVE SEEN IN THE TWO MAJOR PARTIES BASED ON THEIR DISPOSITION TO FINANCIAL RESOURCES.

PDP: They can be wasteful but they always ensure that money is in circulation and their workers are adequately catered for, except in very rare cases. To the PDP, stomach infrastructure comes first before any physical infrastructure.

APC: They can be too good at managing financial resources to the point of being stingy to their workers while they (ruling class) feed fat on our common wealth. To them, infrastructural development takes preeminence over 'stomach infrastructure', because that is an avenue to loot.
