Waec Officers @ Ogba can delay o...you will be asked to come as early as possible...yet they won't attend to you until 9...then after that you will have to wait for almost 3hrs before you can collect the Statement of Result... it high time they change to computerized age o....people should be able to print out the original certificate wherever they are..... Bureaucracy is the second name of government work |
