The season is fast drawing to a close, and Manchester United have a chance to further ensure that the EPL trophy doesn't leave Old Trafford as they travel over to the JJB for their game in hand.

   Wigan Athletic have been okay this season, although of recent they seem to have forgotten how to finish properly. The team has gotten into a habit of being wasteful in front of goal, and Manager Steve Bruce worries that they might do the same against United.
   Nothing is entirely predictable in soccer however, so his team just might have a surprise in store for the Red Devils. In their last game against West Brom, Bruce preferred to bench Zaki.  .  .Mido did not feature at all. Kapo and Rodallega led the charge for them. Some changes are expected attack-wise for this game.

   United are seriously chasing the retention of the trophy again this season. Their emphatic 2-0 win over Man City on Sunday was proof enough. They will be looking to tie things up at the JJB before their weekend clash with Arsenal, as that game could go any way.
   United currently lead with 83 points. A win will make it 86 points, 6 points ahead of Liverpool and 9 points ahead of Chelsea.
   With most of Ferguson's men in top form, player selection may be an issue.  .  .but, whatever line-up Sir Alex chooses to work with on Wednesday night, 3 points will be the ultimate aim.
