I bought a Samsung galaxy s6 sm-920f recently. The problem am having is the 4g LTE enabled can't access 3g. Can someone help me out with the settings please

Unless u can acess the secret menu,that shld work just fine.thats always the issue with branded 4g us used phones Search google with your phone model number on how to acess the secret menu |
