The Sheriff and Civil Process Department must be completely overhauled in collaboration with the Chief Judge of the State not to limit the access to justice by indigent litigants who are compelled to pay for services of court process after the official payment at the registry.

It must be noted that the Case Management Process have not yielded the desired result because litigants still spend timeless period undergoing CMC for reasons beyond explanation or non-adherence to the rules by the judges and the litigants or their counsel.
