This is known as the modern infrastructure, what African countries are lacking. That is why we black Africans are not respected on the international stage despite the fact we have Mikel, Okocha, Osaze, Kanu, Drogba, Eto'o, and many others that performed well internationally.

Nigeria has money to build this infrastructure in Portharcourt, Lokoja, Carlabar, Ibadan and other Riverine Areas but corruption and lack of unity is a big disease that a common dualization of a road network across the country can not be completed.
