A Leader of any Place either a country, state or Village have people He or She Can Not do without, and that's what rulling is all About, Ruling is all about Joint Decesions either by words, Money or any other form of contribution to see to the needs of the people, so in our country Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari as well have people that he can not do without, and they include the following people, with different type of contribution towards the upkeep of the Country Nigeria. These personalities are very close to the office of Nigerian leader. They set the speed and dictate the tune of what will happen to the country in the years of this government together with the president. This group of people is very influential:

1. Femi Adesina

Adesina is there to defend Buhari’s decision and indecisions and also attack the“wailing wailers” of Nigerian youths as well as the opposition, just as Reuben Abati put it forward for the immediate past president Goodluck Jonathan. The president personally said that he chose Adesina to always defend him against his fellow journalists.


2. Garba Shehu

Garba-Shehu One more special assistant on media and publicity is working in in agreement with the office of Buhari as a PR and signals every actions of the administration to the public. Shehu has no much story to tell than press releases putting much shoulder on the young and vibrant Adesina. 6. Major-General Tukur Buratai

Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai The Chief of Army Staff in Buhari’s cabinet. He comes from Borno state, the ‘home’ of the militant sect Boko Haram. Buratai is expected to help the president stop the insurgency in the North East and bring glory to the nation at the international scene in the fight against terrorism. General Buratai becomes one more northerner appointed by President Buhari.


7. Rotimi Amaechi

An embattled ex-governor of Rivers state is a close associate of President Buhari and his moral burden. His screening as a minister for Buhari’s cabinet has been postponed several times because of accusation of corruption. However, Amaechi was finally confirmed and predicted as a minister for Niger Delta Affair. The former governor was di­rector general of the Buhari’s campaign organisation, a position he got after he was apparently passed over as nominee for the vice president slot.


8. Babatunde Fashola

Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN was the Lagos State Governor from May 29, 2007 to May 29, 2015. As a candidate of the Action Congress party, now known as the All Progressives Congress, Fashola succeeded Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on 14 April 2007,and was sworn in on 29 May 2007. He was re-elected on 26 April 2011, now one of the Listed and Screened Ministers to be Sworn in By President Buhari, a very tight friend to the president as well as his Adviser.
