A man who doesn't know his purpose is like
a banker going to the farm to harvest crops with
a pen. This is almost the height of confusion.
God does not initiate confusion. No one was
born into life without a purpose. No manufacturer
starts the production of any substance without
the view of meeting a particular need in a given
area. So also, God has created every man to
meet a particular need on earth. God said in
Jerimiah 29:11, "For I know my thoughts toward
you, saith the Lord,thoughts of peace and not of
evil, to give you an expected end". Take note of
the phrase "EXPECTED END", this is to say that
God already has a future planned out for
everyone. It is now a matter of us seeing this
great future and working towards it following
God's guidance.
The purpose of a microphone is to aid
speech. In a case where a microphone leave the
warehouse and presents itself as a drum stick, it
is definitely going to be abused. A future you
cannot see is a future you cannot walk into and a
future you cannot walk into is a destiny not
fulfilled.
The bottom line of this post is to enable us
know our purpose, see our future, and work
towards it and there is no other way to do this
except we work with God, let him guide us and
bring us gradually to that "EXPECTED END" he
has already designed.
