If it's not eczema it will be pimples and blackheads .. now It has upgraded to white patches on my back and shoulders.. The one that's even killing me is the eczema cos of the stigma, most see it on your face and their like "You nor dey baff well" whereas I take my bathe twice, sometimes thrice daily, making sure I scrub my face properly.. I've using different soaps, creams changed sponges and stop eating some foods but it's still the same thing.. Google says it's an allergy of mine that's causing it... Fellow N'landers any ideas on what I should do to stop this skin ish? |

For a start use black soap also apply coconut oil and if u can chew garlic |
