Gaduwa is a large estate located close to apo legislative quarters and prince & princess estate.

It is accessed via 3 different  entrances i.e gudu access ,  apo legislative quarters  road access, games village  and prince & princess estate access.

It is as close as 4min drive to area 11 garki and 5 -6min drive to central area

The estate is fully developed with both private built houses and erstwhile government houses which are now owned by various individuals mainly public servants , largely which has being sold to private individuals. There are duplexes, flats, bungalows and lands

Now from the looks of the pictures, this seems more reasonably priced that some properties I have seen here.

Althought the rent is high, I guess that is just Abuja.

Gaduwa is an up and coming district of Abuja. There are various luxury homes and properties in Gaduwa, with more being built.

Gaduwa has a good location in the heart of the city. As such, it is an excellent neighborhood to live in.
