pls your advice are highly needed,I use a sony laptop and it has been running on a windows 10 update but I had to take it back to windows 7 due to some prob ever since it has refused to charge or even boot unless plugged to charge,pls what do u guys advice I do.. |

Your laptop's battery is no more good. Change the battery. |
