Was Ojukwu not in Nigeria struggling for this same thing? Was is the FG that assassinated him?
If he means business, and is not scared of the anyone/zoo as he claimed, then I see no reason why he and his family should be breathing Fresh air of peace and u guys here having no peace/freedom of movement.

So now that he's in captive, is there no transmission goin on?
ATLEAST you are still transmitting as someone else is in charge.
He can be travelling from Nigeria and not Britain. I don't think he has any excuse NOT relocating.....

first we the igbo hav to first acknowledge that we have failed as a people in a land of our fathers,we have be unfairly marginalized, dividedly for glutony we have betrayed n sell off our mothers kitchen, untill primarilly the igbos are selflessly united in decision making, our course, our voice, marks n cries. will continiue to be treated with federal levity,n overlook since our agitations can easily b exchanged with peanuts by our so called leaders.
secondarily we can lias with our dear neighbours de Southsouth jus like the fulanis have done with the Hausas..u will be talking one thing and your brother is talk anticlockwise...biko unu anwula ndi be anyi

I get your point.
But you also missed my point.
Lemme show you how.
The people in a position to effect a division of Nigeria easily are the Hausa/Fulani.
The British effectively made them the house masters of Nigeria.
The people who have the ears of 10 Downing street, Washington and UN… have been in power since independence.
You need to both appreciate amd respect that fact...no need to beef.
The people who have benefited most from the Federation are the Yorubas… with Lagos being the capital for many years, Apapa ports, international airport, economic capital of the country for so many years. It is what it is.
And ofcourse, even the lifeblood of the country was shifted from the eastern region to the SS states. SE oil producing regions were even carved out! To tell you how much of an observer you are.
An appreciation of the above current facts...only means you have to ally and build bridges.
You cannot afford to stand alone without allies to actualize MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL goals.
No one appears to support this rowdy movement. Why should they?
You expect corrupt politicians and thieving military officers to render their naira loots useless over night because of 'freedom' and 'fairness'? Go to Gwarimpa, Lokogoma, Maitama, Lekki, Mowe, Kano and see what investments your brothers have. Then think again.
This so called movement will be sabotaged from within and without.
Tell your leaders to strategize, build bridges and work out MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL goals with one or two of the power brokers. Its the intelligent thing to do. Its a game.

The day T.A Orji sacked lmo citizens from Abia civil service, in 2012, l knew then that, this people have real rooted hatred for each other.
Unfortunately, this IPOB thugs both online/offline are alwz looking for people to blame for their woos. As if they dont receive allocation fron FG like other states.
Even the educated ones are not excempted from this. It is as if you guys are taught how to wail right from birth.
Ask yourself if the north as turn to Dubai despite all their long years in power? What of the SW? Despite OBJ 8yrs or GEJ a SSners.
You guys better grow up and learn how not to play "l dey chop na, nothing spoil but if l no dey chop everything spoil politics"

Duru1:If only you had good leaders (governors, senators, house of reps members and house of assembly members, etc) who have the masses at heart, they should be the ones to advocate on your behalves for a city.

I'm off to buy Jack Daniels, if una like make una keep campaigning for Biafra, the Nigerian soldiers have been given license to kill so make una proceed and fall like a tree.

Can they do without the Zoo? This same people are scattered like sand over every villages in the Zoo. Despite the protest, have you seen them travelled home to join the protest? Infact, they are borne-wanderers. They wander more than the fulani herdsmen.

Let them continue, by the time it happens and they could not move forward, i think there case will be to trek to cameroon and become a refugee and start hawking Doughnut. Then it would be had i know...Most of them did stay to develop there villages, and they want to move out of nigeria to start from the scratch, or do they think we will allow them to stay here as a foreigner while trying to develop their Biafra, you will all be deported, then, most of you will go home with nothing or less of your worth and the suffering continues

When Biafra is created, Governance will closer to home. There will no states, just provinces or local Governments and their will be full resource control and fiscal policy. The reason Biafra will work is that it will not be run on the Nigerian unitary system. In Biafra, your local Government will control its resources. My local Government chairman cannot steal from my own community, where will he run to? But in this Nigerian system, anybody can steal and if utter a word, his Hausa police orderly can deal with you. Biafra will be a success story.

EUROBOMBER:u ppl dat bliv in meeting d nigerian/igbo political leaders for abolishing segregation/marginalisation, rapid development n transformation of south east/igbo land should be doing dat action wise, while d ppl dat bliv in biafra should go on as wel, any 1 of d 2 dat gives a fast, solid and long lasting result should be d solution. We dnt need to put our eggs in one basket.
But to be honest wit u, many biafrans are tired n fed up wit Nigeria, jst as many nigerian were tired of PDP and dey went for APC/ change. We need to taste 2 different wives/girlfrnds to choose which 1 is better.

It's you that should wake up from your slumber. These calls now are not made during gej's reign, why now cuz most of our brothers are consumed by hate to the north, biafra can't be actualized now.

Re: We Need Good Leadership In The SE Not Biafra. by kd10: 7:27pm On Nov 12, 2015
obailala:Truly you make a better point at layer stages of your comments than the beginning point why because the rots starts from the center down to the states not just SE alone.Ndigbo has paid a heavy price more than any ethnic group in this contraption called Nigeria so Biafra is unending agitation as things stand today & can be achieved with more & better coordination, since independence & the civil war that ended the country has remain dysfuntional till date Though your point for them to agitating for full implementation of National Conference Report is not bad to say the least becuase it will Attract more wider appeal but what is the guarantee that it will not be compromised?
Re: We Need Good Leadership In The SE Not Biafra. by Nobody: 7:34pm On Nov 12, 2015
four igbo states?
Do mention these states for the ignorant.
Re: We Need Good Leadership In The SE Not Biafra. by obailala(m): 9:14pm On Nov 12, 2015
kd10:Putting secession vs implementation of conference report, I can assure you that the latter is more achievable. But guess what, there has never been a serious agitation for it since the 60's. The surest way to fail is not to try at all. But we keep on jumping to to secession without attempting regional autonomy.
Re: We Need Good Leadership In The SE Not Biafra. by kd10: 12:06am On Nov 13, 2015
obailala:OK let's see how it goes with your idea which for me is a workable solution though you & I know that Hausa Fulani's doesn't want to see anything called True Fiscal Federalism or Regional System that will enthrone meritocracy , eqauty & justice Rather they will throw everything to it to make it fail so with this in mind Ndigbo youths chose Biafra even when its obvious they are going about it the wrong way.But truly Nigeria is doomed. May God Help us.
