I join millions of other Nigerians to congratulate and equally sympathize with the newly sworn in ministers. No doubt, the task ahead is herculean, failure is not an option. It's either they succeed or succeed.

President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) have consistently shown he is in charge of the country's affair. He came under harsh vitriolic attacks for daring to restructure MDA's before appointing ministers.

He wasn't reactionary, he kept his cool whilst engaging in serious strategic thinking. As we have all witnessed, he succeeded in reducing the bogus, duplicated and ineffective ministries from 42 to 25. Ostensibly, to cut cost and reduce bureaucracy while ensuring effectiveness.

Again, after sending ministerial nominees to the Senate for confirmation. Some arm chair analyst dashed for their keypads to castigate his choices. They claim it's not worth the wait. There was malicious mudslinging from dark forces. Even individuals who have never successfully led a team of over 3 people shouted on roof tops that the nominees were of questionable character.

However, their song has changed. A number of those I see praising PMB's choice of decision today were same characters calling him unprintable names. They have realized good governance is not necessarily about speed. Lack of painstaking and well thought out decision is why we have been trapped in vicious and unproductive cycle.

The next big thing to expect from the APC led governing party is the fruit of 2016 Zero budgeting system.

I believe we are learning lessons from this inspiring leadership, provided by Mr president. You probably won't learn some of this life lessons in classrooms.

On a lighter note: I noticed several proponents of the purported "sovereign state of biafra" applauded the choice of Babatunde Raji Fashola as the Minister of Works, Power and Housing. Lmao!

PMB is on a long 4 years mandate!
Don't be too hasty in judgment!
Stop wailing!
Things are changing for good!
Wait for it!
Change is here!
