That's prison break.... he wanted to break in. maybe he is enjoying the prison life. And his release came as a surprise that the only thing he could do to come back is by comitting anoda crime

This is the result of the problem with our prisons here in Nigeria. There is lack of rehabilitation programmes like skill acquisitions for our prison inmates to acquaint them with skills needed to survive out there once they get their freedom. This will go a long way to keep them out of crime

We need reforms in our Prison system

Where exactly in the world does the prison system works ?
Even in Europe and America most released prisoners(economic prisoners)
become repeat offenders.
Prisons simply don't work except if it is as a means of
punishment and containment , but rehabilitation, hell no.
