Dear Nairalanders, I am embarking on a project that will analysed and passed to the European Commission on the implementation of the European DIRECTIVE 2004/38/EC, AN EC LEGISLATION ON FREE MOVEMENT AND RESIDENCE OF UNION CITIZENS/FAMILY MEMBERS WITHIN THE EU. The study will help ascertain the adherence of this directive in Nigeria to Nigerians who are family member of EU citizens.
