hi guys,please someone should help me out. i work in astockbroking firm. just last week i was transfered to their research dept,am the only guy there and i dont even kw what to do there.no person to learn from. but the md called me yesterday and told me that they are not seeing my hand.that i should come up with analysis of companies,stock select and such other related writeups,i dont kw hw i will go about this. what do i do,can anybody help?

REally, I understand you but I will like to know ur field of Study first,I read Economics to the Master level and I am very good in research.REply in time

u wud have to get the financial statements ofthe companies u want to review,
thier statements for atleast the last 10yrs,
alot of calculating and mindgames is employed here.
also u will notice the trend of such organisations, if they are dividend paying or bonus paying institutions.
i can tell u but its gonna be hard to type.
it involves soo much clculating.
