Abuja - The All Progressives Congress has
accused the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of
appointing miscreants, mistresses and thugs as
ministers during the period that it formed
government at the center, reports NewsDay.
The party was reacting to the PDP’s claim that
the newly sworn-in cabinet of President
Muhammadu Buhari does not inspire
confidence.
A statement signed by the party's National
Secretary, Mai Mala Buni, noted that the
argument of the PDP was warped and a
product of defeat hangover.
He said the leaders of the PDP have grown
increasingly impatient because they are yet to
overcome the hangover of electoral defeat.
He expressed confidence in the ministers
appointed by President Buhari, describing them
as tested and trusted.
He urged the PDP to face its rebranding pursuit
instead of running dow
