I want to ask if you experience this. On Friday morning, 13 Nov, 2015 I was browsing with my glo #1000 bis plan. Suddenly I got an SMS that "Sorry, you do not have enough credit to renew my subscription". I was surprised that I have to check my data account balance. This is want I got, "Dear Subscriber, your subscription has expired. To reactivate send MENU to 777.For assistance call customer care on 333 TOLLFREE. Glo Unlimited!".
I called my colleague to inform him of what I was experiencing to greatest surprised he told that the same thing happened to him. He also got a message that his glo bus plan has been exhausted just like me. I called customer care she said I have exhausted my data.
I subscribed on 24th of October, 2015 and it's due to be expire on 24th November 2015. I did not download neither did I stream video with it, so it suppose to last 30 days but to my greatest surprised it was terminated. Did you experienced this too. Please share your experience

Call their customer help desk 333 for assistance and if not satisfied call NCC 622
