Due to expansion of business, a leading ISP with HO in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, has vacancies for the below Job positions in its Abuja & Lagos offices.
A) Network Engineer, Job location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for corporate clients.
- Design, implement and support IT, Security and Network Solutions for corporate clients.
- Troubleshoot Core network problems.
- Upgrade core network equipment and configuration.
- Install and configure Microwave links, PTP Links, PTMP Radio and indoor AP.
- Laying cables, trunks, PVC…
Technical Skills:
- Basic RF knowledge.
- Experience in installation and configuration of Outdoor/Indoor radios, AP…3- Configuration and maintenance of cisco networks (routers and switches).
- Knowledgeable in Mikrotik router boards Configuration.
- Good knowledge in EIGRP, OSPF, BGP VLAN, Trunks and VPN networks.
- Very Good Knowledge in Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs
- Good Knowledge in Unix Servers (Red hat, Centos, and Debian…)
- Very Good knowledge in IP sub-netting, super-netting and aggregation.
- Cisco ASA and Juniper firewalls configuration and maintenance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in Virtualization.1- Ability to understand and work on new technologies and to quickly adopt to equipment made by different vendors.
- Ability to design topologies and provide consultancy for corporate customers.
- In depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack.
- Troubleshooting distribution and core Network problems.
- LAC/LNS Implementation and troubleshooting knowledge.
- MPLS L2VPNs, L3VPNs and VPLS knowledge is a plus.
Education Qualifications:
BSc (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Communication Engineering or Telecom.
Certifications:
CCNP is a must; CCIE is an added advantage.
A previous experience in deploying ICT infrastructures is mandatory.


B) Job title: Sales Coordinator Job location: Abuja
Education/Qualifications
• BSc/HND or equivalent in any discipline with 3-5 years sales/marketing experience. An MBA is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain effective associate and customer relations contributing to an environment conducive to high morale and productivity.
Skills and Specifications
• Fluency in English and excellent oral communications, interpersonal and superb listening skills.
• Knowledge of sales and relationship building process, prior experience in end to end sales process an advantage.
• Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities
main duties of the Business Development officer can be summarized as follows:
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals.
• Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.


C) Admin/Front Desk Officer, Job location: Abuja (Female only)
Education/Qualifications
BSc/HND or equivalent in any discipline with 2-3years experience in similar position.
Must have @ least average accounting/inventory knowledge.
Manage reception and attend to all in-coming calls/clients.
Conducts monthly inventory of receivables.
Take charge of petty cash for daily transactions.
Accountable to the Branch Coordinator

D) Corporate Sales Executives, Job Location: Lagos.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in an ISP company a MUST; skills in Corporate Sales an added advantage.
• BSc. /B.A degree or its equivalent in related field from a recognized institution.
• Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, word and PowerPoint) and in the use of Internet-based resources.
• Must have experience in the internet connectivity environment and a technical overview or background.
• Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, results-oriented with a positive outlook,
punctuality, ambitious, clear focus on high quality and business profit, mature, credible, perceptive and articulate.
• Must be comfortable to contact and deal with all types of companies: small, medium and multi-national companies.
• Other personal traits: reliable, tolerant, determined, well presented, businesslike, polite, well-mannered and be a team-player.
• Ability to develop and maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.
• Ability to prospect for new potential sales, respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaise with
internal order-processing staff.
• Flexibility is required and ability to work extended hours when required without it upsetting domestic situation.
