A colleague came to the office today with a horrifying tale of how her niece was kidnap for ritual at Umuguma Federal Housing Estate yesterday. According to her, the thirteen year old girl was going to pick her kids from their school in the same estate when a black SUV double crossed her and three men came out of the car covered her mouth to stop her from screaming, threw her into the vehicle and zoomed off. she said that this happened between 3.30 to 4 p.m in the afternoon and the estate was very quiet. They took her into a bush that she could not recognize because she was blinded folded while in the car and tied to a tree close to an uncompleted building. A man came out of the building and started questioning her about who she was, her guardian, their occupation e.t.c. he told her that she was going to die and she will never see her loved ones again. The little girl started crying and begging but they went back into the building leaving one man to guard her. After a while, she told the man watching over her that she was pressed and the man untied her to ease herself and continued smoking without looking at her. She used that opportunity to sneak from his sight and started running, she ran for along time before she came to a major road that happen to be Onitsha road opposite Alvana Secondary School. she cried to passerby who assisted her to board a Keke that took her home.
