U mean "Automobile Engineer" or "Automobile Mechanic".

For "Automobile Engineering", follow these steps:
1. Sit for SSCE or WASSCE and get at least 5 credits in English, Maths, Chemistry, Physics + any other.
2. Check for JAMB brochure and make your choice in preparation to sitting for UME + any qualifying exam to be conducted by your propective university.
3. If u pass the exams, voila,, u are now ready to start your 5-year degree program, followed by registration with COREN after graduation.

For "Automobile Mechanic", find any good mechanic and go there to apply for apprenticeship. The cost depends on the particular mechanic.

Cheers, !
